Creatively Sleek

After my Creative Muvo gave me problems with the sound recently, I've decided that I needed a new MP3 player. The Creative Zen couldn't have came out at a better time. I was disappointed when I pop by the Creative store during my lunch hour the other day to see that the one I wanted had already sold out. Thankfully I managed to get it at the Toa Payoh branch of Courts 10 minutes before they were going to close shop for the CNY period. Yeay!

I've always been a supporter of Creative even though how much the other company has tried to tempt me with The Touch. I got myself the 8GB version for a steal at $249. It plays videos too! Plus, it has a SD card expansion slot so I can always expand my memory whenever I want/need to. Hurray for Creative! More music (and videos and photos) for me!!

Rest In Peace, Heath Ledger

Actor, Heath Ledger passed away yesterday afternoon at the age of 28. Allegedly from a drug overdose. Just when his star is rising too. After his critically acclaimed performance in Brokeback Mountain, his next movie would be Batman: The Dark Knight which would have put him among the A-listers in Hollywood. After seeing trailers from the movie, I have to say Heath Ledger makes a great Joker. Thank you Heath for being the great entertainer you are..

That's a pretty young age to die at. I'll be 28 this year..

PlayPause Wedding - 17th Feb 07

Our date is finalised. We're registered to be married on Saturday, 17th Feb 07. It is the Eve of Chinese New Year.

Due to the 6-month-brought-forward wedding, our budget won't allow us to invite each and every one of our friends. We have a shared 250 names to fill in our guestlist. And it'll be a one-day affair held over at Zee's place in Yishun.

We hope for our invited CNY-celebrating friends to be able to make it though it's the CNY Eve.

It'll be held at the void-deck, but please do respect our day and wear something pleasantly nice. No, you do not have to dress in shimmering gold/silver or in tux/dresses/such. Just please don't don shorts/slippers/singlets/too-skimpy-clothes and those of the same genre.

Like the Romans said of what you should do when you're in Rome. You get our drift.
